I think sometimes you just need to experience some things yourself. The food might be a long time coming but that’s because it’s made fresh rather than some conglomerate cafe where everything is made hours before. If you want the real authentic Mexican experience, then go here for breakfast. Great coffee and Mexican omelette with lovely sauces on the side. Sets you up for the day

We ordered salbutes, which originate from the Yucatan, and I could have 100 more, they were soo delicious. The salbute was freshly made and the meat was seasoned well. They provided three sauces to compliment it. For 80 pesos I’d go again and again. All the other things on the menu also looked great.

Incredible price, I had the tacos dorados and quesadilla with pollo. The cantaloupe agua Fresca was refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness.

Nice local food at very good prices. The menu has the dishes with ingredients in English and the waiters are very friendly. If you like it spicy, ask for the habanero sauce as they will not automatically give it to tourists for it's too spicy for most.

This place is simple, the food is homemade and very tasty. And very cheap. I would recommend anybody that's passing through, this is a great place to stop and get some food. When we went in, there were some police that were eating there as well. Remind me of the saying that if there are police in a Mexican restaurant, you know that it's a good restaurant.

Cheap and quick. If you are familiar with comida corrida you will like it. For 110 pesos you get soup, rice, beans and a choice for main dish in this case pollo en Pibil and poc chuc al ajillo. The location is on 7th ave between 24 and 26. Initially google took us to another place “antojitos orizaba” but it wasn’t it. It is a palapa (straw roof) dining room a few blocks from centro. Really good place for a quick local dish. For 5 people it was about 675.
